

My fitness journey began as a way to overcome health challenges that I had struggled with since childhood. Through exercise and healthy habits, I experienced firsthand how fitness can transform not only your physical health, but also your confidence, energy, and overall quality of life.
Like many people, my first experience in the gym was intimidating. I was fortunate to have friends who guided me and helped me learn the basics. That experience shaped the way I coach today. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to get started, and I strive to create a supportive environment where every client feels comfortable, confident, and capable of succeeding.
Outside of the gym, I enjoy playing soccer, a sport I've loved since I was young. It keeps me active, challenges my endurance, and reminds me that fitness should enhance your life and allow you to enjoy the activities you love.
As a coach, I am passionate about helping people discover what they are truly capable of. One of the most rewarding moments in my coaching career was helping a client in his 70s dramatically improve his strength and mobility, increasing his dumbbell chest press from 35 pounds to 65 pounds in just three months. Success stories like that reinforce why I love what I do—helping people improve their health, regain confidence, and achieve goals they may have once thought were out of reach.
